Questions we get before signing
What happens over the limit?
Delivery keeps working. Extra traffic is billed at €4 per 100 GB and appears on the next invoice — links are never cut mid-download.
Where is data stored?
Primary copies sit in the Netherlands or Germany, your choice at account setup. Cached copies live at the edge until the link expires.
Can we leave?
Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid period. We keep the data for 14 days after that so you can pull it down, then delete it.
